Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to move the event to the following day of Sunday, October 30th at 3:00pm. Sam Houston Race Park is a great venue and they do a lot for the event. We want to do what we have to to accommodate their needs. We certainly apologize for this last minute change and assure everyone involved that if we could have notified you sooner about this we would have. The event will still be better than ever this year with an amazing finisher's medal for those in the 5k/10k/15k and Kids K, goodie bags for the kids, great shirts for everyone, awards that are true pieces of art, and a great post race party complete with a costume contest to top it all off. We have every intention of moving the event back to a Saturday morning next year before Halloween. Rest assured that we have put certain measures in place to ensure that scheduling conflicts like this should not arise again in the future. As always thanks for your support!

TOYS AND FOOD FOR GREAT CAUSES!

The Monster Mash is collecting canned food for the Houston Food Bank and new unwrapped toys for Toys 4 Tots. Please bring what you can race morning and at packet pickups. 1 raffle ticket per toy and 1 ticket per 5 canned food items will be given towards Fleet Feet gift cards and other prizes!

NEW LOOK, NEW RACES IN 2011!

Not only have we revamped our logo for 2011 but we've officially added two new events and given a boost to our other ones. The Monster Mash will now consist of the main event, the Monster Mash 5k/10k/15k (1, 2, or 3 loops) a 1-Mile Cash Dash, 2-Mile Zombie Walk, and a Candy Corn Kids K. As usual we urge you all to dress up. Costume contests, prizes, awards, and fun for all! Based on last year's growth we're expecting 1,800-2,000+ racers this year. Don't wait, the first 400 will get a free upgrade in race gear thanks to Fleet Feet Sports. More details to come.
